<br />developed by the lessee is currently

<br />per year. These leases are for a 20 year

<br />term at which time the land and any
<br />improvements revert to City ownership.
<br />At this time the city leases the property
<br />at $0.10 per square foot per month.
<br />Finally, the terminal building is leased
<br />at a rate of $0.50 per square foot per
<br />month.
