This letter <br />serves as comment on the proposed undertaking from the State Historic Preservation <br />Officer, the Executive Director of the Texas Historical Commission. <br /> <br />We do not know of any recorded historic properties within the area outlined on your map. <br />No cultural resource investigations have been conducted in the vicinity. <br /> <br />We will need additional information to review any future construction plans under the <br />Antiquities Code of Texas and the National Historic Preservation Act. <br /> <br />We look forward to further consultation with your office and hope to maintain a <br />partnership that will foster effective historic preservation.
