<br />PART 4. If the San Marcos Municipal Airport is chosen as the State Airport for <br />Central Texas, then as of the time of the transfer of the Property, the State will assume all <br />contracts of the City related to the San Marcos Municipal Airport. <br /> <br />PART 5. If, after accepting the transfer of the Property, the State, for any reason, <br />decides to terminate the use of the Property as the State Airport in Central Texas, then the <br />Property and all improvements will revert back to the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 6. If the Central Texas Airport Location Committee does not choose the <br />San Marcos Municipal Airport as the location for the State Airport in Central Texas <br />within one year of the date of this resolution, then the City of San Marcos will no longer <br />desire that the San Marcos Municipal Airport be the State Airport for Central Texas. <br /> <br />PART 7.
