Support legislative action to protect the City's investment in water <br />infrastructure for current and future use and to protect the City's long <br />range plans. <br />V. oppose legislative action to add new state fees on city water services. <br />B. Support legislative action to increase funding for repair, rehabilitation and <br />enhancement of air and land transportation. <br />L Support legislative action to increase the City's share of highway funding <br />in a fair manner by considering traffic volume, congestion, pollution and <br />at -grade intersections. <br />ii. Support legislative action to preserve eminent domain authority to be used in a <br />fair and responsible manner. <br />E. Support legislative action to promote the development and growth of alternative <br />energy resources. <br />H.
