ARTICLE 14 NOTICES 14.1 Notices required under this Agreement will be provided by the parties to one another by certified mail, return receipt requested, or by confirmed facsimile transmission, to the following addresses: To the Cis City Manager City of San Marcos 630 E. Hopkins San Marcos, Texas 78666 To the Consultant Brent Luck, Owner, Project Manager Luck Design Team, LLC 9600 Escarpment Blvd., Suite 745 -4 Austin, Texas 75749 ARTICLE 15 BASIS OF COMPENSATION 15.1 The City will compensate the Consultant, in accordance with Article 5, Payments to the Consultant, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: 15.2 The total of all fees and expenses to be paid to the Consultant for Basic Services as described in Sections 1.1 through 1.6 is a fixed fee of $267,400.00. This compensation is divided among the Basic Services and reimburseable expenses as follows: 1,1 TASK 1— PROJECT MANAGEMENT 1.2 TASK 2 — BASE MAPPING 1.3 TASK 3 — MASTER PLAN AND CONCEPT DESIGN DEVELOPMENT 1.4 TASK 4 — PRELIMINARY DESIGN 1.5 TASK 5 — FINAL DESIGN 1.6 TASK 6- -FINAL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION REIMBURSEABLE EXPENSES $ 20,800.00 $ 37,500.00 $ 17 $ 61 $ 68 $ 38 $ 22,000.00 $267 15.3 Compensation for reimbursable expenses (billed as cost plus 10 %) will be billed in addition to the total design fee as reimbursable expenses are accrued.
