Definitions: <br />(1) "tenant-s pl-o rata sl7are'lis i %. <br />(2) '"CAM" means all of Landlord's expenses reasonabl incurred to maintain, repair, operate, mana and <br />secure the Propert (for example, securit li paintin cleanin decorations, utilities, trash <br />removal, pest control, promotional expenses, and other expenses reasonabl related to the Propert <br />operations); CAM does not include capital expenditures, interest, depreciation, tenant improvements, <br />insurance taxe s , or b ro k ers' I e a s i n g fees (I e, all operatin expenses except taxes and insillanc . <br />(3) 'Znsulance" means Landlord's costs to insure the leased premises and the Propert includin but not <br />limited to insurance for casualt loss, g eneral liabilit and reasonable rent loss. <br />( 4 ) "Taxes--' means the real propert ad valorem taxes assessed a the leased premises and Propert <br />inclusive of all g eneral and special assessments and surchar <br />B. Method-.
