M. Stovall SurveyN<;>;,J., Hays County, Texas, and lying wholly within that 307.12 acre tract <br />conveyed by FIrst Investors Leasing COrPoration to Emmett F. McCoy by.that <leed dated,.8 March 1974, filed on 11 March 1974, and recorded on 12 March <br />1974 in the deed records of said county. This 14,400 square foot parcel is shoWn on a plat ofa survey of said parcel by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor, dated 3 <br />September 1982, identified as Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made.a part hereof; 'and is described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />Beginning at the west comer of the 14,400 square foot parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped steel rod monument on the southeast line of a <br />fifty foot wide private road, from this west corner an iron pipe marking the east cotner of Lot 90fValley View West, an unrecorded subdivision, bears <br />N44059'00"Wa distance of 50.0 feet, and thence N45001 'OO"E a distance of 760.28 feet. From this west comer an iron pipe marking the point of curvature <br />on the southeast line of Lot 8 ofsaid subdivision bears N44059'00"W a distance of 50.0 feet, 3lld thence S45001'00"W a distance of 309.71 feet.
