RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 128 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A SAN <br />MARCOS COMMUNITY BRAND AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The San Marcos community brand set forth in Exhibit "A" to this <br />resolution is hereby approved and adopted for use in promoting the city's image, <br />supporting the community's goals, to assist in marketing the community for the <br />promotion of tourism, economic development, community organizations, and special <br />events. <br />PART 2.
