July 30. 2010 <br />PUMIC Nock ea 100111C NoticIt <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The City Council of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, will hold a public hearing in the Council <br />Chambers at City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins, at 8:00 <br />p.m. on Tuesday, August 17, 2010, to consider <br />the following amendment to the future land use <br />map from: <br />1. Industrial (1) to Medium Density Residential <br />(MDR) for a 5.85 acre, more or less, tract of <br />land in the J.M Veramendi Survey No. 2, <br />Abstract No. 17 at the southeast corner of <br />Briar Meadow Road and the Missouri bftcific <br />RR. In addition, all interested persons may <br />speak for or against a concurrent ordinance <br />amending the official zoning map of the City <br />by rezoning this tract from Light Industrial (LI) <br />to Multi - Family (MF -12). <br />2. Commercial (C) to Medium Density <br />Residential (MDR) for a 9.90 acre, more or <br />less, tract of land in the J.M Veramendi Survey <br />No. 2, Abstract No. 17 at approximately 600 <br />feet west of the 1900 Block of North IH-35 and <br />200 feet north of Mill Street subdivision. In <br />addition, all interested persons may speak for <br />or against a concurrent. ordinance amending <br />the official zoning map of the City by rezoning <br />this tract from General Commercial (GC) to <br />Multi- Family (MF -12). <br />The City of San Marcos does not discriminate <br />on the basis of disability in the admission or <br />access to its services, programs, or activities. <br />Individuals who require auxiliary aids and serv- <br />ices for this meeting should contact the City of <br />San Marcos ADA .
