Where permanent outdoor seating areas including <br />decks_, patios, or other unenclosed spaces are provided, <br />those areas shall be included in the calculation of gross <br />floor area and total number of seats. Establishments <br />having only outdoor dining consisting of fewer than 16 <br />seats shall provide a minimum of 4 parking, spaces. <br />
