Collaborator's Proposal <br /> Statement of Work <br /> City of San Marcos <br /> <br />For purposes of performance pertaininq to a prant from the U.S. Department of <br /> Justice, Prime Award #2002-DD-BX-063; <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos agrees to the following as part of a sub-award <br />agreement with Southwest Texas State University, the prime award agency <br />under the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training Center grant for <br />a period of October 1,2002 to August 30, 2003. <br /> <br />Supplies, Sub-contractual and Other Costs: <br /> <br />The University will reimburse the Supplies, Sub-contractual and Other cost <br />related to the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training center, total <br />amount not to exceed $58,914.00. <br /> <br />Capital and Non Capital Equipment: <br /> <br />The University will reimburse the Capital and Non-Capital Equipment cost <br />related to the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training center, total <br />amount not to exceed $256,517.00. <br /> <br />Instructor/Student Travel and Traininq Expenses: <br /> <br />The University will reimburse the travel expenses of Instructors and Students, for <br />travel related to the ALERRT Center in an amount not to exceed $63,355.00. <br /> <br /> <br />
