Collaborator's Proposal <br /> Statement of Work <br />Hays County Sheriff's Office <br /> <br /> For purposes of performance pertaininq to a ¢~rant from the Office of the <br />Governor, Criminal Justice Division, Prime Award #DB002-A10-16386-01; <br /> <br />The Hays County Sheriff's Office agrees to the following as part of a sub-award <br />agreement with the City of San Marcos, the prime award agency under the <br />Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training grant for a period of May <br />1,2002 to June 30, 2003. <br /> <br />Salary: <br /> <br />The City will reimburse the Salary and Benefits of Sergeant David Burns, total <br />amount not to exceed $76,944.00. <br /> <br />Equipment: <br /> <br />The County will provide a laptop computer for the use of Sergeant David Burns in <br />the ALERRT program. This expenditure of $2,242,56 will be used a program <br />match. <br /> <br />Travel Expenses: <br /> <br />The City will reimburse the travel expenses of Sergeant David Burns, for travel <br />related to his duties as the ALERRT Director of Training in an amount not to <br />exceed $10,000. <br /> <br /> <br />
