Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Special Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 7:46 a.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City of San Marcos City Hall Conference Room, 630 East Hopkins, San <br />Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government with §551.074- Personnel Matters. <br />A. Deliberation regarding City Manager. <br />The Executive Session adjourned at 11:09 a.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2010. <br />4. City Council recess at 11:30 a.m. and reconvene back into Executive Session at 3:00 p.m. <br />The San Marcos City Council recessed at 11:10 a.m. The San Marcos City Council reconvened <br />into executive session at 3:05 p.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2010. <br />
