Hopkins, at 6.00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 31, 2010, to con- sider amending the following: 1. the future land use map from "HDR" High Density Residential, "I" Industrial to "C" Commercial for 60.3 acres, more or less, tract of land located out of the Edward Burleson Survey No. 18, Abstract No. 63, located at the southeast corner of Hunter Road and Centerpoint Road. 2. the official zoning map from "FD" future Development and unzoned to "PDD" (Planned Development District) with an underlying base zoning of "MU" Mixed Use and "GC`' General Commercial for 1338.5 acres, more or less, tract of land located out of the John Williams Survey, Abstract No. 471, The Edward Burleson Survey No. 18, Abstract No. 63, The Nathaniel Hubbard Survey No. 35, Abstract No. 230 and the Isaac Lowe Surrey, Abstract No. 287, located at: Area 1- located at the terminus of Centerpoint Road and Hunter Road and Area 2- located at southeast corner of Hunter Road and Centerpoint Road. 3. the official zoning map from "FD" Future Development/ Unzoned to a base zoning category with a PDD overlay zoning classification of "MU" Mixed Use for 1278.290 acres out of the John Williams Survey Abstract No. 471; the Edward Burleson► Survey No. 18, Abstract No. 63, the Nathaniel Hubbard Survey No. 35, Abstract No. 230 and the Issac Lowe Survey Abstract No. 287, located at the terminus of Centerpoini Road and Hunter Road. 4. the official zoning map from "FD "/ unzoned to a base zoning category with a PDD overlay zoning classification of "GC" General Commercial for 60.3 acres more or less, tract of land located out of the Edward Burleson Survey No. 18, Abstract No. 63, located at the southeast corner of Hunter Road and Centerpoint Road. A request for a development agreement by Carma Paso Robles, LLC for 13338:5 of land adjacent to Hunter Road south of McCarty Lane, with the City of Sam Marcos to address annexation, utility services,' transportation, development standards, parkland and other project amenities accompanied with duties and responsibilities of the Developer, City, and Property Owners Association over the term of the Development Agreement.
