Hopkins, San <br />Marcos, `texas, to accept citizen comments for <br />or against ilte`substantial amendment described <br />below: <br />Reallocating $53,200, previously approved for <br />the purchase. 0- playground equipment for the <br />HEB -P". The HEB playground site is located <br />in a FEMAddentltted flo6dway area and as such <br />is not eligible 'for .giant funding. The proposed <br />reallocatigntwould be used for the following proj <br />ects: <br />$46,200 to 'Increase the scope of the <br />Victory, Gardens. Park (300, Roosevelt <br />Street) rehabilitation project to indude <br />adding a skate; feature and other park <br />amenities. The original project funding <br />will replace` the playground- equjpment <br />and basketball court; if'the amendment is <br />approved, the funding total will be <br />$155,200. <br />•$13,000; to be added to the Cephas <br />House (213 W. MLK Dr.) stabilization proj- <br />ect. ' This project includes Ipyeling the <br />foundation, repairing the roof and porch - <br />es, and'remedlating lead -based paint and <br />asbestos hazards; if the amendment is <br />approved, the funding total will be <br />$81,151. <br />Documents regarding this projectrcan be'exam- <br />ined in the Development.
