EXHIBIT "A"
Business Description
PrimeForm's primary business activity on the Land will be the manufacturing of composite
insulating concrete forms (Composite ICF) used for the construction of high performance
commercial, institutional and residential buildings.
PrimeForm composite ICFs are engineered concrete forms that produce a wall of steel -
reinforced cylindrical concrete columns and beams that offer significant strength with one -third
the amount of concrete of a flat concrete wall. Each composite ICF is made from a combination
of 100% recycled expanded polystyrene (EPS) and a special cement mix that produces a
lightweight and fire resistant insulating matrix. The combination of high thermal resistance of the
EPS- cement matrix, air -tight construction, and the high thermal mass of the concrete cores
creates a significantly energy efficient wall system. More than 80% of the raw materials in
PrimeForm composite ICF blocks are recycled, diverting thousands of tons of waste from
landfills. PrimeForm wall systems are extremely durable, mold and pest resistant and provide a
high level of noise reduction creating a superior indoor environment.
