Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to <br />order by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 3:43 p.m. on Monday, November 1, 2010 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City of San Marcos City Hall Conference Room, 630 East Hopkins, San <br />Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3.
