MOTION: Upon a motion to table until November 1, 2010 City Council Regular Meeting • <br />made by Councilmember Porterfield and a second by Councilmember Thomason, the City <br />Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed, Councilmember Jones not present during <br />this vote. The motion carried. <br />27. Discussion regarding sale of City property (Cottonwood Parkway) and direction to <br />Staff. <br />The City Council received an update regarding the sale of Cottonwood Parkway. <br />28. Discussion regarding the Federal proiects pending for FY11 and FY12 appropriation <br />process and direction to Staff. <br />The City Council received an update regarding the FYI and FYI appropriation process. <br />The City Council agreed by consensus to appropriate the Loop 82 as their top project. <br />29. Discussion regarding Mayor Narvaiz's position on the Board of Directors for <br />HCPUA and direction to Staff. <br />The City Council provided direction to allow Mayor Narvaiz to continue to serve on <br />HCPUA. <br />30. Shaun Cranston, Chair of 11135 Task Force, provided a presentation regarding the • <br />status of the 11135 Task Force. The City Council provided direction to have this <br />presentation go before the San Marcos Economic Development Board. <br />Adjournment. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by <br />Councilmember Terry, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to <br />adjourn the regular meeting of the San Marcos City Council at 4:27 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />November 1, 2010.
