• RESOLUTION 2010 -180R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br />AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF LITTLE ELM <br />TO ALLOW THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS TO PARTICIPATE IN A <br />COOPERATIVE PURCHASING ARRANGEMENT; AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached interlocal agreement between the City of San Marcos and the <br />Town of Little Elm to allow the City of San Marcos to participate in a cooperative purchasing <br />arrangement is approved. <br />PART 2. This interlocal agreement is entered into pursuant to the Interlocal <br />Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, as amended. <br />PART 3. The City Manager, James R. Nuse, P.E. is authorized to execute this <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br />• PART 4.
