Likewise, the Cities do not waive any grounds on <br />which they may object to any future tiering or packaging of services, <br />including PEG services, except as provided for in this paragraph. <br />16. The City of Laredo agrees that, absent a change in current law, <br />TWC shall not be obligated to carry any of the City's PEG Channels in <br />SDV format until the FCC has made an affirmative finding of effective <br />competition finding covering that City. <br />PEG Support. <br />17. Any City now under a local franchise may give TWC 60 days <br />notice of its intent to terminate the local franchise, and TWC shall then <br />promptly apply for a state - issued franchise and thereafter be subject to the <br />terms and conditions of a state issued franchise, including any PEG <br />support obligations pursuant to Texas law, Tex.
