The Contractor will provide containers for each neighborhood cleanup scheduled by the City. <br />The Contractor will deliver containers on a Friday and remove containers on the following <br />Saturday by 3:00 p.m., unless the Director informs the Contractor of a different schedule. <br />There are approximately six neighborhood cleanups scheduled per fiscal year each utilizing 6 - <br />40 cubic yard containers. Additional containers can be provided at an additional cost to the <br />City according to the schedule of charges listed in "Attachment A." <br />1.3.7 Downtown Area <br />A. The Contractor will empty 40 public trash receptacles in the downtown area no less than four <br />times per week. This service will correspond to the solid waste service days that the Contractor <br />has solid waste routes operating in the City. <br />B. The collection schedule for the downtown containers will be coordinated with the City to <br />correspond with heavy usage days. <br />C. The cost for this service will be included in the cost per month per Residential and Multi- familyUnit <br />for basic residential service as listed in "Attachment A ". <br />Section 1.4 Operation of Collection Services <br />1.4.1 Quali <br />A. The Contractor will not spill or leave residential solid waste remaining when making pickups. <br />If the Contractor spills residential solid waste or recyclables it will clean the spill by whatever <br />means necessary before the truck leaves the premises. The Contractor will clean up liquid and <br />hydraulic spills with an absorbent that will be carried on all trucks. If a spill leaves a stain on a <br />roadway, building, or other similar surface, the Contractor will use all reasonable means <br />available to remove the stain and restore the facility to the satisfaction of the Director. <br />2 - 8 cubic yard <br />2 - 8 cubic yard <br />2 - 8 cubic yard <br />
