Hopkins <br />Street, San Marcos, Texas to accept citizen <br />comments for or against the program year 2009 <br />Community Development Block Grant <br />Consolidated Annual Performance and <br />Evaluation Report (CAPER). <br />The 2009 CAPER will be available for citizen <br />review /comment beginning Monday, December <br />6, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. The last day to review the <br />CAPER and submit written comments will be <br />Monday, December 20, 2010 at 5 :00 p.m. <br />Any citizen wishing to submit comments must <br />do so in writing to: City of San Marcos, CDBG <br />Program, 630 E. Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas, <br />78666. Comments can also be sent by e-mail to <br />ihendrix�sanmarcostx.aov and must include <br />the sender's full name and address. Copies of <br />the CAPER will be available on reserve at the <br />San Marcos City Library, the Planning <br />Department office, and in the City Hall Lobby, <br />630 E. Hopkins, San Marcos Texas. The report <br />can also be found on the City's Webpage at <br />y,eanmarcostx.gov /CDBG link during that <br />time.
