5. The City Council hereby finds and determines that the adoption of the following • <br />ordinance is in the interest of the public health, morals, welfare and safety. <br />' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />SECTION 1. The Future Land Use Map of the San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan <br />is revised to change the future land use designation for the following real property from "C" <br />Commercial to "MDR" Medium Density Residential: <br />Street address: 330 Stagecoach Trail <br />Size 3.41 acres, more or less <br />Legal Description: A 3.41 acre, more or less, parcel of land out of Lot 35 of the Park <br />at Willow Creek Subdivision as described in the attached Exhibits <br />"A" and `B" <br />Deed or <br />Plat Reference: As shown in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B ". <br />SECTION 2. The Official Zoning Map of the City, as described in Section 4.1.2.2 of the <br />City Land Development Code, is amended to rezone Tract A as identified below from "OP" <br />Office Professional District to "SF -4.5" Single - Family District: • <br />Street address: 330 Stagecoach Trail <br />Size 3.22 acres, more or less <br />Legal Description: A 3.22 acre, more or less, parcel of land out of Lot 35 of the Park <br />at Willow Creek Subdivision as described in the attached Exhibit <br />" <br />Deed or Plat <br />Reference: As shown in the attached Exhibit "A ". <br />SECTION 3. The Official Zoning Map of the City, as described in Section 4.1.2.2 of the <br />City Land Development Code, is amended to rezone Tract B as identified below from "OP" <br />Office Professional District to "TH" Townhouse Residential District: <br />Street address: 330 Stagecoach Trail <br />Size 0.19 acres, more or less <br />Legal Description: A 0.19 acre, more or less, parcel of land out of Lot 35 of the Park <br />at Willow Creek Subdivision as described in the attached Exhibit <br />« 0 <br />
