Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas, to accept citizen commerrib for or against the following possible action items: 1: A request by the Breckenridge Group San Marcos, ;L.R, to change the name of, Copper. Beech Drive to Telluride Street, located off of Mill street approximately 000 feet;westof North IH -35. 2. An amendment to the City's Future Land Use Map from Commercial (C) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) for a 341,acre, more;or less, tract of land Out of Lot 35; Thq Park at Willow Creek at 330 Stagecoach.Trail. in addition, all interested persons may speak for or against 8 coWurrent + aquest to amend the ,official zoning'map of the Clty by rezoning 3.22 acre-0 of this same tract from Offfce;Professional ( ©I?) to Single - Fam ly (SF-4. 5) and rezoning the remaining A 9 acres frdm Office Professional (OP) to Townhouse (TH). 3. An amendment to the official zoning map of the City by rezoning 2.65 acres of Lot 34, The Park at Willow Creek at 350 Stagecoach Trail from Townhouse (TH) to Single - Family (SF -4.5).
