<br />THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />97. <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO 1 <br />ii'~VESTivIEi\lT ADViSORY '!~J:;)R:::EMENT <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos, ("Owner"), and Patterson Capital Management, LP, d.b.a. <br />Patterson and Associates ("Contractor") agree to amend the Investment Advisory <br />Agreement (the "Agreement") as follows: <br /> <br />1. The term of the Agreement is extended for an additional year <br />as provided for in Section 8.1 of the Agreement. <br /> <br />2. The City and Contractor agree that all of the remaining terms <br />and conditions of the Contract shall remain in effect and <br />continue to govern for the duration of the Agreement. <br /> <br />By the signing of this amendment, the parties understand and agree that this <br />amendment shall become a part of the agreement identified above. <br /> <br />This amendment is effective this 12th <br /> <br />day of February <br /> <br />2002. <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br /> <br />Patterson Capital Management, LP, <br />d.b.a.
