This agreement, between the City of San Marcos and the State of Texas, obligates the City <br />to contribute $245,000 (which has been received) reflecting 10% of the total estimated right of <br />way cost of $2,450,000 for this project. The State is obligated to acquire all parcels and adjust all <br />eligible utilities.
