David Eddington <br /> <br />Re: Single Phase Pad mount Transformers <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Eddington: <br /> <br />Please consider this letter an agreement between the City of San Marcos (the "City") and <br />Temple (the "Contractor") to extend the current annual contract for the provision of single <br />phase pad mount transformers for an additional period of one year, as provided in the <br />original contract effective April 1 ,2001.
