(the "Contractor") to extend the current contract for the provision <br />of road building materials for an additional period of one year, as provided in the original <br />contract effective March 15,2000. The extension period shall be from March 15,2002 until <br />March 14, 2003. <br /> <br />The parties agree that this contract will continue with no change in payment terms for the <br />entire extension period. <br /> <br />All remaining terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and <br />effect for the duration of this agreement. <br /> <br />Please indicate your acceptance of this agreement by counter-signing below. <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br /> <br />Colorado Materials.
