Sales Representative <br /> <br />Re: Rental of 66" Drum Vibratory Roller <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Vidal: <br /> <br />Please consider this letter an agreement between the City of San Marcos (the "City") and <br />Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation (the "Contractor") to extend the current contract for <br />the rental of a 66" drum vibratory roller for an additional period of one year, as provided in <br />the original contract which was effective April 1 ,2002. The extension period shall be from <br />April 1 , 2002 until March 31, 2003. <br /> <br />All remaining terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and <br />effect for the duration of this agreement. <br /> <br />Please indicate your acceptance of this agreement by counter-signing below. <br /> <br />By 1;({,4~k.
