<br />BEGINNING at a !t1-inch iron rod with plastic cap stamped "LAI" set in the southeast line of Rays County
<br />Road No, 266, for the west comer of said 20,00 acre Stokes tract, same being the north comer of that
<br />certain tract ofland called to be 7.025 acres in a deed dated September 5, 2002, from Deborah D. Daniel
<br />and Belinda K, Keller to Pete T. Islas and Josie Islas of record in Volume 2062, Page 286, Official Public
<br />Records, Hays County, Texas, and being the west comer and POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract
<br />described herein;

<br />THENCE, with the north line of said 20,00 acre Stoke tract, same being the southeast right-of-way line of
<br />said County Road No, 266, the following three (3) courses and distances:

<br />1) with the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 540,00 feet, an arc distance of 89.91 feet and a

<br />southeast line of said 20,00 acre Stokes tract, same being the northwestern line of that certain tract of
<br />land called to be 8.00 acres as described in a deed dated December 23, 1998 from William L. and Mary
