ARTICLE 13 OTHER DUTIES AS SET FORTH IN THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS 13.1 Engineer will have such other duties and responsibilities and limitations of authority as agreed to by Engineer in writing and as are set forth in the construction contract documents for the Project. However in the event of conflict, dispute, or discrepancy between the provisions of this Agreement and the construction contract documents, the more restrictive and/or burdensome with respect to the Engineer's role and responsibility will govern and control. ARTICLE 14 BASIS OF COMPENSATION 14.1 The City will compensate the Engineer, in accordance with Article 5, Payments to the Engineer, and the other terms and conditions ofthis Agreement, as follows: 14.2 The total of all fees and expenses to be paid to Engineer for Basic Services as described in Sections 1.1 through 1.7 will not exceed $154,300.00. This compensation is divided among the Basic Services and includes reimbursable expenses as follows: TASK 1 - DATA COLLECTION AND REVIEW TASK 2 - PRELIMINARY DESIGN TASK 3 - BOUNDARY AND ROUTE SURVEY TASK 4 - ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES TASK 5 - FINAL DESIGN TASK 6 - BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION TOTAL FEE: $ 12,500.00 $ 34,500.00 $ 27,200.00 $ 4,800.00 $ 54,000.00 $ 21~300.00 $142,300.00 14.3 Compensation for Basic Services and for Additional Services of the Engineer shall be computed based on the Engineer's standard hourly rates: Principal Engineer Senior Engineer Project Engineer Environmental Principal Environmental Staff Environmental Technician Registered Professional Land Surveyor Sr. Project Manager 3-Person GPS Field Crew 2-Person GPS Field Crew 3-Person Survey Field Crew 2-Person Survey Field Crew Sr. Survey Technician 17 $132.00 $110.00-$120.00 $ 72.00-$92.00 $110.00 $60.00-$70.00 $35.00-$50.00 $115.00 $115.00 $175.00 $142.00 $130.00 $100.00 $68.00
