Laurie Anderson, Director of <br />Engineering and Mr. Mark Taylor provided a powerPoint on Pro-rata Water- <br />Wastewater Utility Assessments and policy options. The Council agreed by <br />consensus to hold a discussion on a future agenda and to receive more <br />information. Mr. Thomaides stated he would like to know how other <br />municipalities are handling this issue. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced receiving a presentation and hold discussion <br />regarding fire Department Strategic Master Plan. Len Nored, Assistant Fire <br />Chief, stated last budget year the Fire Department requested a thirty year <br />Master Plan. He stated we contacted the Texas Fire Chiefs' Association to <br />help hire a consultant. He stated Mike pietsch of Mike Pietsch Consultants <br />was hired. Mike Pietsch stated he worked with the Department of Insurance <br />
