<br />78. <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />April 19, 2005 <br /> <br />Page 14 <br /> <br />Taylor stated the City Charter requires Zoning Ordinances be allowed to be <br />reconsidered by the Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced continuing Executive Session pursuant to the <br />Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice <br />regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, <br />or a matter involving attorney-client privilege (MacKenzie vs. City of San <br />Marcos; Hispanic Chamber of Commerce tourism development agreement) at 9:57 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz announced the Council will reconvene at 10:27 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration action or direction to Staff on <br />matters discussed in Executive Session. Mr. O'Leary stated Council <br />provided directions regarding the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the <br />Minority Economic and Tourism Development Board.
