TEXAS 78666 51 2-353-7444 FIELD NOTES These field notes describe a parcel of land containing 18,675 square feet at the San Marcos Airport that lies within that 1378.3381 acre Son Marcos Airport tract out of the William Pettus Two league Grant, Caldwell County, Texas. The 1378.3381 acre tract is shown on that plot dated 12 September 1989 by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor. This 18.675 square foot parcel is shown on a plot dated 25 March 2002 by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor. and is described by metes and bounds in the following paragraphs. Each aluminum copped iron witness monument noted is 0 5/8 inch diameter iron bar. 24 inches long, with a two inch diameter aluminum cap marked SAN MARCOS AIRPORT 2005 (PI. NO.) R.M. VS XUV 3' x 3' O.S. CHARLES R. SWART SURVEYOR and with the point number shown on the plat and cited herein. Bearings are based on the center line bearing of State Highway No. 21 as shown on the right of way map dated March 1937, as the center line was found marked on the ground between stations 129 + 53 and 158 + 10. The point cited herein as the West Reference Point (point 50) is a 3/8 inch diameter drill hole near the west end of the concrete parking ramp, and 9.5 feet north of the south edge of the ramp. The point cited herein as the East Reference Point {point 51} is 0 3/8 inch diameter copper tube in the concrete parking ramp opposite the east legs of the old control tower. and 9.5 feet north of the south edge of the ramp. From the West Reference Point the East Reference Point bears South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 1505.44 feet. Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel (point 1908), which is marked with a 3/8 inch diameter iron spike, from which the East Reference Point (point 51) bears North 00 degrees 01 minute 26 seconds East a distance of 55,33 feet and thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 884.45 feet. From point 1908 an aluminum capped iron reference monument (point 1916) bears North 45 degrees 01 minutes 26 seconds East a distance of 4.24 feet. Thence, from the point of beginning, South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East along the north fine of this parcel a distance of 74.50 feet to the northeast corner of this parcel (point 1909), which is marked with a 3/8 inch diameter iron spike. From this point on aluminum copped iron reference monument (point 1917) bears North 44 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 4.24 feet. Thence, from point 1909, South 00 degrees 01 minute 26 seconds West along the east line of this parcet a distance of 250.67 feet to the southeast comer of this parcel (point 1910), which is marked with a 1,4 inch drill hole in the concrete. From this paint a 1,4 inch diameter drill hole (point 1918) set as a reference marlc bears South 45 degrees 01 minute 26 seconds West a distance of 4.24 feet. Thence, from point 1910, North 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds West along the south line of this parcel a distance of 74.50 feet to the southwest corner (point 1911) of this parcel, which is marked with a 1.4 inch diameter drill hole in the concrete. From this point a 1,4 inch diameter drill hole (point 1919) set as a reference mark bears South 44 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 4.24 feet. Thence, from point 1911, North 00 degrees 01 minute 26 seconds East along the west line of this parcel 0 distance of 250.67 feet to the point of beginning. I. CHARLES R.
