<br />"Parity Revenue Obligations" means the Previously Issued Parity Obligations, Bonds and Additional <br />Parity Obligations. <br /> <br />"Paying Agent/Registrar" means JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, any successor thereto <br />or an entity which is appointed as and assumes the duties of paying agent/registrar as provided in this <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />"Previously Issued Parity Obligations" means the outstanding bonds of the following issues: <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br />Refunding and Improvement Bonds, Series 1995; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 1996-A; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 1996-B; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 1996-C; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 1997. <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 1998; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, T exas, Waterworks and Waste Water System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 1999; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Waste Water System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 2000; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Waterworks and Waste Water System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 2003; <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, T exas, Waterworks and Waste Water System Revenue <br />Bonds, Series 2004; and <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, Water and Waste Water System Revenue <br />Refunding and Improvement Bonds, Series 2004A. <br /> <br />"Purchase Contract" means the agreement for the sale and purchase of the Bonds described in <br />Section 7.01 ofthis Ordinance. <br /> <br />"Purchasers" means the persons, firms or entities initially purchasing the Bonds from the City. <br /> <br />"Record Date" means the last business day of the month next preceding an Interest Payment Date. <br /> <br />"Register" means the Register specified in Section 3.07(a) of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />"Reserve Fund" means the reserve fund provided by Section 8.01(c) of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />R:\San MarC05\WWWWRfd,05\Doi::s\Ordinance\OTd Final.wpd <br /> <br />3 <br />
