On March 22, 2005, the City Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing <br />regarding requests to change the Future Land Use Map of the San Marcos Horizons City Master <br />Plan for the following tracts of property located on the west side of the 2700 block of IH-35 <br />North, and after the public hearing, the Commission voted to recommend that the requests be <br />approved by the City Council of the City: <br /> <br />Tract Acreage Current designation Requested designation <br />LUA-05-08(a) 12.581 High Density Residential Commercial <br />LUA-05-08(b) 2.212 High Density Residential Commercial <br />LUA-05-08(c) 1.501 High Density Residential Open Space <br />LUA-05-08(d) 2.592 High Density Residential Public and Institutional <br /> <br />2.
