24.602 Acres Page I of3 Tract 6 DESCRIPTION FOR A 24.602 ACRE TRACT OF LAND SITUATED IN THE WILLIAM WARD SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 467, IN HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID 24.602 ACRE TRACT BEING A PORTION OF A 239.357 ACRE TRACT OF LAND AS DESCRIBED IN THAT DEED TO JIM GALLOWAY, TRUSTEE, RECORDED IN VOLUME 2555, PAGE 250 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at a Y2" iron rod with found on an east boundary line of said 239.357 acre tract being a reference point for the most south corner of said 239.357 acre tract and on the west boundary line of a 53.05 acre tract ofland as described in that deed to Don PursweIl and Marian L. Purswell, recorded in Volume 1371, Page 679 of the deed records of said county; THENCE with the southeast line of the said 239.357 acre tract, and the northwest line of the said 56.08 acre tract S 44056'42"W a distance of 356.25 feet to a point for the most south corner of the said 239.357 acre tract, said point being also the northwest corner of said 53.05 acre tract, on the centerline of the Blanco River and on the east line ofa called 219.77 acre tract conveyed to Ingram Ranches, Inc. in Volume 219, Page 114 Deed Records of Hays County, THENCE with the east line of the said 219.77 acre tract, the said centerline of the Blanco River and the west line of the said 239.357 acre tract, the following six (6) record courses: 1.
