• B. SERVICES AND INFRASTRUCTURE <br />All internal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water improvements and any water, <br />wastewater, and reclaimed water off -site facilities shall be built in accordance with the <br />requirements of the CSM. <br />Water, wastewater, & reclaimed water lines will be located to allow accessibility to utility <br />vehicles and personnel for maintenance and repair. Water, wastewater, & reclaimed water <br />lines will be located within streets and roadways unless conditions prohibit <br />When alleys are used: alleys will be designed with "dry" utilities and "wet" utilities will be <br />located in the public streets. <br />All construction of streets, drainage and utilities shall be reviewed and approved by the <br />City. <br />Water <br />All internal water improvements and any off -site facilities shall be built in accordance with <br />the requirements of the utility provider and sized to accommodate the service units as well <br />as the Fire Flows in accordance with the CSM ordinances. (Refer to Exhibit II -5) <br />All water and wastewater stub -outs within platted areas will be extended to the property <br />• line or edge of pavement. <br />Automatic flush valves will be installed on all permanent dead -end water mains. <br />Demand <br />The water system infrastructure will be sized to accommodate approximately 6,750 <br />service unit equivalents (SUEs) in coordination with the City of San Marcos Water System <br />Plan for 2017. All planned improvements will serve as components of the City's intent to <br />bring Paso Robles water from the Soyars and McCarty pressure planes into the Surface <br />Water Treatment Pressure Plane (SWTPP and Trunk Hill pressure planes as shown on <br />the City of San Marcos Water System Plan for 2017). <br />2. Wastewater <br />Service Provider <br />All internal wastewater improvements and any off -site facilities shall be built in accordance <br />with the requirements of the utility provider. (Refer to Exhibit II -6) <br />Collection <br />Paso Robles will be served by gravity sewer mains where possible and force mains where <br />needed. Septic systems will not be utilized over the Recharge Zone, Contributing Zone, <br />40 or the Contributing Transition Zone. Any area within the Property outside of such Zones <br />shall not utilize septic systems unless approved by the City on a case by case basis for <br />-19- <br />
