DEFINITIONS For the Purpose of this PDD, certain words and terms used herein are defined as per the City of San Marcos Development Code, Codified through Ord. No. 2007 -73, enacted Dec. 11, 2007. The Concept Plan, the LDC, the PDD Regulations and the Approved Plats shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as the "Governing Regulations."
