• <br />Figure III -1: Carport Setbacks <br />(c) Accessory buildings are not permitted without a main structure. <br />(d) Accessory buildings shall not exceed the height allowed in the Land Use Matrix. <br />(e) Metal portable accessory buildings are not permitted. <br />(f) Exterior construction standard for accessory buildings <br />(including accessory dwellings) shall match the main structure. <br />0 Accessory Building Regulations for Nonresidential (within General Commercial <br />District) <br />• <br />(a) Size of Yards. <br />(1) Front Yard: Same as for main structure. Detached accessory buildings shall be <br />prohibited in front of the main building. <br />(2) Side and Rear Yards: Five feet. <br />(b) Carports shall be measured from the roof nearest to the street or alley (see Figure <br />III -1). <br />(c) Accessory buildings are not permitted without a main structure. <br />(d) Accessory buildings shall not exceed the height allowed in the Land Use Matrix. <br />(e) Metal portable accessory buildings are not permitted. <br />(f) Exterior construction standard for accessory buildings <br />(including accessory dwellings) shall match the main structure. <br />(g) Lighting Standards. All commercial site plans within the GC tract shall have <br />photometric plans designed in accordance with Environmental Performance Zone <br />E -1. <br />-37- <br />
