COMPENSATION <br />Compensation for modeling services will be based on Hourly Rates, plus Direct Expenses, <br />plus a service charge of ten (10) percent of direct expenses, subcontracts and outside <br />services, plus applicable sales, use, value added, business transfer, gross receipts or other <br />similar taxes. The maximum not -to- exceed fee for services associated with this Change In <br />Services request is $49,970.
