<br />Facility. A building or use in a fixed location, including exterior storage areas, piers, wharves, <br />tank farms, and similar uses. This term includes recreational vehicles, mobile home parks, <br />manufactured housing parks, sales lots, and storage lots. <br /> <br />Section 307.1 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />307.1. Open burning prohibited. No person shall burn material in the city limits. <br /> <br />Section 308.3.1 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />308.3.1. Outdoor cooking. It is unlawful to use or to store a charcoal burner, open flame, LP gas <br />burner, outdoor grill, barbecue, or other outdoor cooking appliance with open flame on the <br />premises of a residential building with three or more dwelling units or of a multifamily <br />residential building with two or more stories. The provision does not apply to the use of <br />permanently mounted outdoor cooking devices located ten or more feet from any structure. <br /> <br />Section 308.3.1.1 is deleted. <br /> <br />Section 315.2 is amended by adding the following subsection: <br /> <br />315.2.5. High-piled combustible storage. High-piled combustible storage shall comply with <br />section 2301. <br /> <br />Section 401.1 is amended by deleting the exception. <br /> <br />Section 403 is amended by adding the following: <br /> <br />403.1.3. Enforceability. The public safety plan, as described in 403.1 and approved by the fire <br />code official, shall be complied with and is enforceable under provisions of this code. Any <br />violation of the plan shall be punishable by a fine of at least $500.00. <br /> <br />Section 503.1.1 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />503.1.1. Buildings and Facilities. Approved fire apparatus access roads shall be provided for <br />every facility, building, or portion of a building. The fire apparatus access road shall comply <br />with the requirements of this section and shall extend to within 150 feet (45,720 rom) of all <br />portions of the facility or any portion of the exterior wall of the first story of the building as <br />measured by an approved route around the exterior of the building or facility. <br /> <br />Exception: The fire code official is authorized to increase the dimension of 150 feet (45,720 <br />mm) where: <br /> <br />1.
