<br />56. <br /> <br />Attachment A <br /> <br />Consultant's Scope of Services <br /> <br />The Consultant's services under this Agreement will consist of the following: <br /> <br />1) Assign Mr. John Moore as the Consultant's lead representative in matters related to <br />this Agreement, and assign Dr. Gary Torrent and Mr. Dan Stathos as key support staff <br />for the Consultant for this work. <br /> <br />2) Perform a review of the LCRA Draft Agreement, the City's existing wholesale power <br />agreement with LCRA, and related files and information of the City, and determine <br />the need for and methods of obtaining additional information from LCRA. <br /> <br />3) Attend a meeting with City staff members to discuss the LCRA Draft Agreement, <br />identify areas of concern and opportunity, and determine the strategy for discussions <br />with LCRA and other interested parties. <br /> <br />4) Attend a meeting with the City and LCRA officials to discuss the LCRA Draft <br />Agreement, identify and discuss issue areas, and determine a strategy for moving <br />forward. <br /> <br />5) Prepare a written analysis of the LCRA Draft Agreement, issue areas, and options for <br />moving forward <br /> <br />6) Attend a City Council meeting to present a summary of the analysis and to obtain <br />direction for negotiations. <br /> <br />7) Assist the City staff in negotiating and drafting reVISIOns to the LCRA Draft <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />8) Attend meetings with City officials in San Marcos and/or Austin regarding the LCRA <br />Draft Agreement as requested by the City. <br /> <br />Navigant letter agreement <br /> <br />3 <br />
