<br />76. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDMENT #050205 <br /> <br />between: <br /> <br />illGH LINE CORPORATION <br />145 Renfrew Drive, Suite 210 <br />Markham, Ontario <br />L3R 9R6 Canada <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as LICENSOR) <br /> <br />and: <br /> <br />THE CITY OF SA1~ MARCOS <br />630 East Hopkins <br />San Marcos, TX <br />78666 <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as LICENSEE) <br /> <br />This is an Addendum to the Program License Agreement #980601, #000202 & #000601 between High <br />Line Corporation and City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />This document when duly signed by both parties will constitute an Agreement Addendum to the original <br />agreement stated above. When in conflict with the original agreement, the terms and conditions of this <br />Agreement Addendum shall prevail. <br /> <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />LICENSOR agrees to provide LICENSEE, a non-exclusive and non-transferable perpetual license for the <br />use of PERSONALITy2000 Application Modules to process up to (Tier I) 1,000 active Employee/Retiree <br />Records, Employee/Retiree Records being defined as the highest number of records administered by the <br />system in any month during a twelve-month service period. <br /> <br />The resulting change in software Licensing Tier: Tier 2 (^2,999 Employee Records) to Tier 1 (^1,000 <br />Employee Records) is now reflected on all modules currently covered under Part 1 of Program License <br />Agreement #980601 (revised pricing*). <br /> <br />PART I - SOFTWARE LICENSES COVERED BY TillS AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br />$4,000 <br />$8,000 <br />$8,000 <br /> <br />$700 <br />$1 400 <br />$1,400 <br />
