Public Notices Public Notices PUBLIC NanCE The City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, will hold a public hearing and discussion on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas, to accept citizen comments on proj- ects that might be funded with 2011 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Acborr Plan funds. The City will be awarded grant funds from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for 2011 which will become available on October 1 st. These funds will be used to support programs and projects that address an identified priority need and that primarily benefit low- to-moderate- income fami- lies in San Marcos. All San Marcos residents are encouraged to attend the public hearing to provide their comments on the funding priorities for the 2011 CDBG allocation. The City of San Marcos does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to its services, programs, or activities. Individuals who require auxiliary aids or special assistance should make a request at least 48 hours in advance to the City of San Marcos at 512.393.8000 (voice). Proposals are due March 30, 2011 no later than 2:00 p.m. Specification documents may be obtained by send- ing your request by email to cindym@co.hays.tx.us. Sealed proposals shall be received no later than 2:00 p.m., March 30, 2011. Mark envelope: Proposal #2011 -P10 "Design Build Services for Hays County Precinct 2 Office Building ". There will be a Pre - Proposal meeting on March 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hays County Courthouse in the Commssioners Court room on the third floor.
