PAGE 4C - THE DAILY RECORD, San Marcos, TX., Sunday, March 20, 2011 Public Notkxs $ PUBLIC NOTICE The City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, will hold a public hearing and discussion on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins, ,San Marcos, Texas, to accept citizen comments on proj- ects that might be funded with 2011 Community 0"lopment Block Grant (CDBG) Action Plan funds. The City will be awarded grant funds from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for 2011 which will become available on October 1st. These funds will be used to support programs and projects that address an identified priority need and that primarily benefit-low-to-moderate- income fami- lies in San Marcos. All San Marcos residents are encouraged to attend the public hearing to provide their comments on the funding priorities for the 2011 CDBG allocation. The City of San Marcos does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to its services, programs, or activities. Individuals who require auxiliary aids or special assistance should make a request at least 48 hours in advance to the City of San Marcos at 512.393.8000 (voice). Official zoning map of the City from Future Development (FD) to General Commercial (GC) for a 2.04 acre tract, more or less, out of the J.M. Veramendi Survey No. 2, located at the northeast corner of IH 35 and River Ridge Parkway. 2. City's Future Land Use Map from Commerplal.(C) to High Density Residential (HDR) fora 23.99 acre tract, more or less, out of the J.M. Verarendi Survey No. 2, located at the northeast comer of IH 35 and River Ridge Parkway. In addition, all Interested persons may'speak for or against a concurrent request to amend the official zoning map, of the City for this same tract from Future Development (FD) to Multifamily (MF -18).
