Hopkins, ,San <br />Marcos, Texas, to accept citizen comments on proj- <br />ects that might be funded with 2011 Community <br />0"lopment Block Grant (CDBG) Action Plan <br />funds. <br />The City will be awarded grant funds from the U. S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development for <br />2011 which will become available on October 1st. <br />These funds will be used to support programs and <br />projects that address an identified priority need and <br />that primarily benefit-low-to-moderate- income fami- <br />lies in San Marcos. <br />All San Marcos residents are encouraged to attend <br />the public hearing to provide their comments on the <br />funding priorities for the 2011 CDBG allocation. <br />The City of San Marcos does not discriminate on <br />the basis of disability in the admission or access to <br />its services, programs, or activities. Individuals who <br />require auxiliary aids or special assistance should <br />make a request at least 48 hours in advance to the <br />City of San Marcos at 512.393.8000 (voice). Official zoning map of the City from <br />Future Development (FD) to General <br />Commercial (GC) for a 2.04 acre tract, <br />more or less, out of the J.M. Veramendi <br />Survey No. 2, located at the northeast <br />corner of IH 35 and River Ridge <br />Parkway. <br />2. City's Future Land Use Map from <br />Commerplal.(C) to High Density <br />Residential (HDR) fora 23.99 acre tract, <br />more or less, out of the J.M. Verarendi <br />Survey No. 2, located at the northeast <br />comer of IH 35 and River Ridge <br />Parkway.
