<br />88. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2005 - <br /> <br />90 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING THE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN SECTION OF <br />THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br />CONSOLIDATED PLAN FOR FISCAL YEARS 2005-2009; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. As part of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") <br />Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") Program the City is required to approve <br />a Consolidated Plan. <br /> <br />2. On April 5, 2005 the City approved the CDBG Consolidated Plan for fiscal <br />years 2005-2009. <br /> <br />3. A Citizen Participation Plan was included in the Plan as a separate section. <br /> <br />4. The City wishes to amend the Citizen Participation Plan section of the <br />Consolidated Plan. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1.
