<br />(1) Causes or permits any industrialized housing to be constructed, erected, installed, or <br />moved into the city without first submitting applications to the building inspection division <br />and obtaining all required permits; <br /> <br />(2) Causes or permits any industrialized housing which does not comply with this <br />section to be constructed, erected, installed, or moved into the city; or <br /> <br />(3) Violates any provision of this section. <br /> <br />(Ord. Amendments. <br /> <br />The mechanical code adopted by section 14.002 is amended as follows: <br /> <br />103 is deleted. <br /> <br />104.8 is deleted. <br /> <br />109 is deleted. <br /> <br />The following definition in Section 602 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />COMMERCIAL COOKING APPLIANCES. Appliances used in a food service establishment <br />for heating or cooking food and which produce grease vapors, steam, fumes, smoke, or odors <br />that are required to be removed through a local exhaust ventilation system. Such appliances <br />include but are not limited to: deep fat fryers, upright broilers, griddles, broilers, steam- <br />jacketed kettles, hot-top ranges, under-fired broilers (char-broilers), ovens, barbeques, <br />rotisseries, and similar appliances. For the purpose of this definition, a food service <br />establishment shall include any building or portion thereof used for the preparation of food <br />intended to be delivered or served to others. <br /> <br />604.1 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />604.1. General. Duct insulation shall conform to the requirements of Sections 604.2 through <br />604.11 and the International Energy Conservation Code.
