Veramendi Survey No. 2. <br />Additionally, the applicants are requesting a Zoning Change from FD (Future Development) to GC (General <br />Commercial) (ZC- 11 -05) for an approximately 2.04 -acre site located at 2112 N IH 35, in the J.M. Veramendi Survey No. 2, <br />as well as a Zoning Change from FD (Future Development) to MF -18 (Multi - Family) (ZC- 11 -06) for an approximately <br />23.99 -acre site located at 2112 N IH 35, in the J.M. Veramendi Survey No. 2 <br />LUA- 11 -03: Land Use Amendment from C (Commercial) to HDR (High- Density Residential) <br />ZC- 11 -05: Zoning Change from FD (Future Development) to GC (General Commercial) <br />ZC- 11 -06: Zoning Change from FD (Future Development) to MF -18 (Multifamily) <br />The San Marcos Planning & Zoning Commission will approve, approve with conditions, or deny the request. Before making <br />its decision, the Commission will hold a public hearing to obtain citizen comments. Because you are listed as the owner of <br />property located within 200 feet of the subject property, we would like to notify you of the public hearing and seek your <br />opinion of the request. <br />The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, on Tuesday, March 8 at 6:00 p.m. <br />All interested citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing.
