Thorp to the State of Texas dated September 1, 1960 and recorded in Volume 193, Page 376 of the Hays County Deed Records, for the southeast corner of that tract described as "Tract 1 -13.22 acres" in a deed from Jack Gary et ux to the State of Texas dated April 5, 1960 and recorded in Volume 182, Page 62 of the Hays County Deed Records, and for the southwest corner of Lot 1, Gary Farm Subdivision as recorded in Volume 10, Page . 46 of the Hays County Plat Records; THENCE leaving Interstate Highway No.35, the State of Texas tracts, and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 26516- 10 -3.1 -a dated January 3, 2011 prepared for Avalon Partners, LLC. by Byrn & Associates, Inc., of San Marcos, Texas with the common northwest line of the Armbruster Holt tract and southeast line of Lot 1, Gary Farm Subdivision, and its extension, N 44 0 20 1 48" E 960.24 feet to a ;i" iron rod found with a plastic cap stamped "Baker Aicklen" in the southeast line of Lot 2, Gary Farm Subdivision for the north corner of the +-d C*� Armbruster Holt tract and west corner of that tract described as 4.606 acres in a deed from Alan L.
